DAPP National Head quarters and Malawi Institute of Education joint Social Weekend
On 27th July,2019 DAPP National Head quarters (NHQ) football and Netball queens organized a social weekend with the staff of Malawi Institute of Education(MIE).
The visit was organized with the purpose of strengthening the corrabollation between DAPP and MIE in regards to development. Football, Netball and indoor games where some of the activities played on the day.
In his remarks, representative for MIE Mr Innocent Langwe talked of the significance of team work and joining hands as partners in development work
Mr Luka Zinenani representing DAPP Staff thanked MIE for taking part in the social weekend . He further added that apart from the Education sector which is directly connected to MIE,DAPP Malawi also implements project in the sector of Health, Agriculture, Community Development and finally selling of second hand clothes which supports the running of the projects.
DAPP Chilangoma Teachers Training college (TTC) is one of the four DAPP TTC’s across the country. The teachers training colleges equip youths with skills and knowledge on how to become teachers for rural government primary schools. To date, 2,919 youths have graduated.
